I need some advice as a young artist

I've been throwing around the ideas of creating my own species and making them adoptable. But the problem is that I have no idea at all how to make them available to adopt. I've had much inspiration for them. And until I can get all of the tools that I need to Make them on Flash and photoshop, so most of the artwork is going to be hand drawn. I don't have a premium membership yet because I don't have much money to get one yet (I'm only a freshman in high school lol). But I really do need some advice on how to carry this idea out. It'd be greatly appreciated ;)
